Chris brings a well-rounded background in engineering, construction, and real estate development that allows him to guide project teams from early planning through execution. Known for his thoughtful approach to complex challenges, Chris plays a key role in workload forecasting, quality oversight, and maintaining project momentum across the firm’s projects.

He is particularly experienced in the repair and restoration market, where his technical insight and attention to detail help teams deliver practical, effective solutions in challenging conditions. He also leads CE Solutions’ growing pre-construction and virtual design and construction service offerings, working closely with project partners to support early planning and collaboration on complex projects.

Jessica Barrios Spotlight

Jessica brings a unique perspective to CE Solutions, combining a background in applied physics with a master’s degree in structural engineering. Her passion for science, problem solving, and building things has shaped her approach to engineering from the start.

Over the past decade with CE Solutions, Jessica has become known for her thoughtful and creative approach to complex design challenges. She enjoys guiding projects from early planning through construction, taking pride in seeing designs evolve from drawings into structures that serve communities safely and effectively.

As Director of Operations, she plays a key role in guiding CE Solutions’ team leads and supporting the overall execution of the firm’s work load. She works closely with the team leaders to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across projects while maintaining the high engineering standards that define CE Solutions. Her attentive listening, responsiveness, and collaborative mindset have earned the trust of both internal teams and clients.
