A mixed-use, European-inspired, three-story building for the City of Carmel and Pedcor Companies, The Nash Building is located in Carmel’s City Center, an 88-acre area the city has been developing since 1997. The building helps realize the vision for Carmel’s new downtown—to give residents everything they need, right where they live. The building consists of a lower level that serves as a parking garage, a three-story wood structure on top, and a high pitch roof with a large attic space.
