Molly was inspired by her father, a carpenter, to become an engineer. He told her that the engineers he works with are some of the smartest people he has met. So with her love of everything math and the idea of being in the same industry as her father, she decided to pursue a career in structural engineering.

She has a zest for learning and is constantly seeking opportunities to enhance her skills and realized that CE Solutions would be a great place to learn and problem solve. A compassionate and effective communicator, Molly learned that listening to understand each person’s needs is essential to improving our communities. She is interested in improving the environment and finding innovative ways to make sustainability economically feasible. “I am passionate about helping people and creating solutions,” says Molly. “That is a quality that I admire in CE Solutions.”

Molly has been involved in the GEMS Camp, and she hopes to develop a program that encourages girls to excel in STEM fields.
