The Mid-America Science Park facility enables entrepreneurs and industries involved in research and development to forge new discoveries, create prototypes and bring products to market. Dedicated to its tenants, students and guests, the facility houses a comprehensive set of services and amenities.

Previously a manufacturing building, the renovated building has a transformed façade, a large, open courtyard and an addition that introduces conference and presentation facilities.

Structural engineering challenges include working within the framework of an existing manufacturing building to transform its use and introducing a courtyard in the center of the existing building.
