CE Solutions is seeking a BIM Specialist to support the development and coordination of structural building projects across a wide range of markets. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and contribute to high-quality project delivery.

The BIM Specialist will create, manage, and coordinate detailed 3D models throughout all phases of design and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit

• Collaborate with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other design disciplines

• Perform model reviews, clash detection, and quality assurance checks

• Manage BIM data and files within shared project environments

• Support project teams with modeling standards, workflows, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (BIM, engineering, architecture, construction technology, or related field preferred)

• 1–5 years of experience in BIM modeling or related role

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit

• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Work Location

This position may be based in either our Fishers or West Lafayette, Indiana office, depending on candidate preference or experience. We are committed to building strong teams in both locations.
