allie belush // intern
As an intern at CE Solutions this year, I will be assisting around the office with whatever people need help with and am excited to go on site visits to see how everything operates. In the past few years, I have become interested in physics and design. I recently decided that I would like to major in civil engineering but wanted to see what that looked like as a real job. This led me to look for internships in a few different areas, but structural engineering seemed like the right fit for me. I have already learned about some of the ways that structural engineers communicate back and forth with construction managers to ensure that everyone is on the same page. I love getting to see how a day on the job looks for different people.
I am a senior at Fishers High School and involved in cross country, track, Campus Life, National Honor Society, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I am enjoying my physics class and also loved an Intro to Housing class I took last year that dove into basic design aspects of the interior and exterior of buildings. In my free time, I like to run, read, and watch TV shows. A fun fact about me is that I have a goldendoodle named Winnie.
