This two-story outpatient medical office building in the suburbs of Indianapolis features physician offices, exam rooms, waiting areas, medical storage, imaging, administrative offices, and a rehabilitation therapy area.
Design elements such as deep roof overhangs, a patient drop-off area porte-cochere and a screen wall to cover the rooftop mechanical units called for careful coordination with other team members.
