Growing up as the son of a math teacher turned carpenter, along with a personal passion for problem solving and a desire to understand how things work, led me to a career in the construction and engineering fields. I enjoy the challenge of working on complex projects and the opportunity to work alongside people with varying backgrounds and personalities.

Although I earned an engineering degree from Purdue, my career prior to joining CE Solutions was more focused on the final phases of projects while working for general contractors. I’m excited to now have the opportunity to get involved in the earlier stages of projects during design and to bring insight into costs and constructability sooner in the process, which will hopefully lead to better outcomes for all project stakeholders.

The collaborative culture, growth mindset, and desire to provide best-in-class services are what initially attracted me to CE Solutions. Now that I’m here, it’s evident that the “family culture” discussed during the interview process wasn’t just a tagline, but a true reflection of how the team functions.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family at the lake during the summers and snow skiing in the winters. I also enjoy working on home improvement projects, fishing trips with a lifelong group of friends, and camping and backpacking.
