CE Solutions provided structural engineering services to Commonwealth Engineers for new facilities at the Lowell Waste Water Treatment Plant, including an influent screen facility, an equalization and actiflo diversion structure and an actiflo facility. The team carefully coordinated the selected structural systems with the requirements of the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and site disciplines. An early adopter of REVIT, CE Solutions used REVIT for coordination of the structural design and used the structural model as a presentation tool during the pre-bid meeting to graphically explain the scope of the project.
